No Cash Refund Policy
We operate a strict no cash refund policy on all completed purchase orders.
Due to our daily order processing system and the absence of a refund mechanism with our courier partners, once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be refunded with cash.
We kindly ask that you carefully review and confirm your purchase before completing your order, as all confirmed sales are final.
Exchanges & Product Complaints
To facilitate an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Clear pictures of the product

A detailed explanation of the issue

Only products that have been returned to us are eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are provided at no additional cost where the issue is verified. Please note that exchanges are the sole remedy for product-related issues. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Order Processing & Completed Purchases
We process orders daily and begin fulfillment immediately after confirmation. As a result:

Completed purchase orders cannot be canceled for cash refunds.

We currently do not have a system that allows us to retrieve funds from our courier services once orders are processed.

Customers are advised to ensure readiness to purchase before placing an order.
Delivery Location Changes (Rerouting)
If your delivery location changes after placing your order:

We can assist with rerouting your package.

This may be subject to a higher delivery fee depending on the new location.

If the new delivery fee is lower, the balance may be credited toward your next delivery fee.

We are unable to issue any cash refunds for delivery adjustments.
Duplicate Transactions
In cases of duplicate transactions:

Any verified excess payment may be applied as a store credit or delivery credit toward a future order.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued in accordance with the laws of the country where the order originated.
We take chargeback fraud seriously and will take appropriate legal action to address any instances of fraudulent activity.
